12:00-1:30 – The Wine Whispers-- Fred Le Brun, Times Union and Steve Casscles, Author of Grapes of the Hudson Valley, talk local wine, winemaking, grape growing, and all things wonderful about wine. They'll also be reviewing and sampling some offerings of the members of the Hudson Berkshire Beverage Trail. A very fun and informative time.

 

1:30-2:00 Old Klaverack Brewery- Erik Bell will be "in the house" answering questions about beer - making beer, tasting beer, everything near and dear to beer. Learn about this ancient beverage from one of the county's newest brewmasters.

2:00-3:00 – The Kitchen Magician- Organize with Julie Ulmer - Julie is a sought-after professional organizer and owner of Minding Your Manor here in Columbia County. A former chef, she understands how being organized in the kitchen helps with every aspect of food preparation and enjoyment. Come learn some great tricks with Julie! 

 

3:00-4:00 Tarot By Prudence - Join Prudence Theriault as she talks about the tarot and what may be in your cards. In addition to offering readings, Prudence writes about the Tarot and also gives classes in learning Tarot.

4:00-5:00 –Summer Sangrias- Ole! Dominique DeVito, owner of Hudson-Chatham Winery - Learn how easy it is to make amazing sangrias with simple and seasonal ingredients! Sangria is a great summertime drink - flavorful and festive. Always fun to serve at barbecues and parties.
